Commencing on Thursday 2nd May the Society's photographic exhibition 'Return of...Through the Lens' is on display at the Hythe Library on Thursday 2nd and runs to the 29th May during Library hours.
By popular demand, over another 100 local images, covering the 1920s to the 1970s from our vast digital archive, mainly from the Jack Adams Collection will be displayed.
If you can, please come and visit. On the 15th May we shall change the photographs to display Part Two. Copies of any image are available to purchase. Books written by members, including 'Not Just Milk Stout' - covering the history of the Mackeson Family and the Hythe Brewery, 'Saltwood and its People' from the Middle Ages to the Tudors and Stuarts periods, and 'A Walk Around Hythe' - a self-walking guide, will also be on display and available to buy.'
